Returning of a Faulty Item

If a product that you have purchased from us develops a fault during the warranty period then, please contact our customer service team via email at cs@powerdrive-computers.com. You will need to quote your name, order number and date of purchase to help our customer service staff with your request. If we confirm your product is within the warranty period, we will issue you with a return number which you can then return the faulty product under. Can I Cancel my Order?

Powerdrive Product Warranty Period

Powerdrive Computers offer a return to base 12 month warranty on all products purchased from our website. This warranty runs from the date you originally purchased the product from us and will need to be validated by a proof of purchase – Please also see full details under our Terms and Conditions.
