The gamepads for the Playstation2 is much like the same as the one for the Playstation3 with little difference concerning the two of them, however Speed-Link has come up with the Controller Converter PS2 to PS3 that allows you to plug your Playstation2 controller directly into your Playstation3 console which is great as you don’t have to buy any extra controllers and shell out more of your hard earned cash.

The way the Controller Converter works is that you simply take your existing PS2 controller and plug it straight into the adapter and then the USB connection on the end goes directly into your PS3 console and then done, you have instant access to a PS2 controller in your PS3 console. There are also helpful LEDs on the adapter that shows the controller ID and tells you the status of the controller.

The black colour of the Controller Converter reflects the light really well and protects the adapter from any scratches or bumps that could damage the precious components inside it. You are also still capable of using the buttons and sticks on the controller as usual as if it was connected as normal.
