The Razer Tarantula Gaming Keyboard USB US Layout may strike fear into the hearts of people who suffer from arachnophobia but the keyboard in fact does not represent anything that looks spider-like except the name.

However that doesn’t mean the keyboard is bad, far from it as this is a Razer product and they very rarely manufacture bad products. This is found out as soon as the retail box lands on your lap, much like other Razer products the retail box has been created from top end materials and the printing is astonishing showing pictures of the keyboard and the text all over the box.

When you first clasp eyes on the keyboard reaction is how neat all of the buttons are laid out for easiness to use and how dark the coating of the keyboard is. However it is not until the keyboard actually turns do you receive a dazzling of led light from almost all the buttons, especially the Razer logo which glows right in the middle of where you would normally put your hands. The next thing I noticed was that there were hotkeys that could be programmed to do whatever you need.

As this was a Razer product I was not expecting the Razer Tarantula Gaming Keyboard USB US Layout to be anything else but impressive and I was not disappointed, absolutely perfect for gaming due to the amount of hotkeys you can assign and its ease to use.
